During the Onboarding-Process we only visit daycares once a week. If they are having big problems, you may visit them twice. Discuss with Country Manager.

Before

1. study Onboarding Week 1 by yourself
2. Prepare material for Week 2 at the office

First visit 

1. coach Onboarding Week 1
2. give some ideas, how to make videos while teaching
   1. put phone somewhere
   2. only short videos
   3. quality doesn't really matter, it's all about seeing the activity
3. did you get the logo? If there is no logo, take a picture of the entrance, that shows the name - send to the Location Chat

Second visit

1. Do administrational work at daycare
2. deliver material for week 2

Manage

1. on Saturday, review all the videos in the chat
2. check the boxes in the "manage section" ☑️ of school-sys.org/edu and save.
   The button will look green.
3. switch to next week with the ➡️ button.
