During the Onboarding-Process we only visit daycares once a week. If they are having big problems, you may visit them twice. Discuss with Country Manager.

Before

1. study Onboarding Week 1 by yourself
2. Prepare material for Week 2 at the office

First visit 

1. coach Onboarding Week 1
2. explain how to give feedback
   1. watch the video together
   2. help with questions
3. did you get the logo? If there is no logo, take a picture of the entrance, that shows the name - send to the Location Chat

Second visit

1. Do administrational work at daycare
2. deliver material for week 2

Manage

1. on Saturday, review all the videos in the chat
2. check the boxes in the "manage section" ☑️ of school-sys.org/edu and save.
   The button will look green.
3. switch to next week with the ➡️ button.
