Alt + A to open Assigned-To
Instant Send with Mouse
As you hover over the names, you can now either select (to add a comment) or just send immediately.
Keyboard Up/Down to Select - with Enter or Ctrl+Enter
For keyboard lovers, you can now also select the person using the keyboard. Then you can either select with enter (to add a note) or hit Ctrl+Enter to send immediately.
