2illumin8 (to illiuminate) is a team training system developed by 2sic. The methodology uses small workshops to exchange experience and knowledge in a team, no matter how experienced they are. 

Format and How It's Used

A 2illumin8 session uses a training script which are discussed in the team during a workshop. This 2illumin8 Script mentions all kinds of aspects related to the training topic - starting at very basic terminology and ideas and progresses to advanced applications as well as edge cases. 

Between two and ten workshop participants are people who use the training subject in their daily work, and have various levels of expertise in this subject. Together they will go through the topic list and discuss each point - explaining what is meant by it, how they apply it, etc. 

The workshop moderater guides the participants through the 2illumin8 Script.
