2illumin8 is an ideal format for on-the-job-learning. It mixes both theoretical and factual knowledge with the experience of the participants.
- It's great for professional / work-related subjects such as programming, accounting, HR etc.
- It's also great for communities which have many people interested in the same subject
Since it requires one or more participants having extensive experience to share their knowledge, it's less suited for self-learning. The 2illumin8 Script can still guide a person in self-education, but the dialog will be missing. It is also not well suited to start on any topic from scratch, as all participants should already have some prior knowledge.
