1. For most of our users, make sure the user has a 2givelife.org e-mail account so we can better assist them

Setup and Account Creation

1. Go to ZOHO user management using info@ account
2. create the user ca. like this
3. then logon to the user e-mail account and get the init-mail (do this yourself, don't let the user do it, as many mistakes happen where the account is then created in the US and not in the EU)
4. ...and create the password
5. then send the username / password to the country manager (Tanja) to brief the user
