Preparation

  1. [[E-Mail account of user @school-sys.org]] For most of our users, make sure the user has a school-sys.org e-mail account so we can better assist them
  2. Make sure we know where they work - Country / City [[Where will this person work?]]

Setup and Account Creation

  1. Go to ZOHO user management using info@ account
  2. create the user ca. like this 
    1. For the User ID, use a CCHH-FL CountryCode-HubCode-FirstLast abbreviation. Example: TZAR-MiFe for Tanzania Arusha, Mike Ferris
  3. then logon to the user e-mail account and get the init-mail - do this yourself, don't let the user do it, as many mistakes happen where the account is then created in the US and not in the EU. 
    1. through the Web Mail with an anonymous browser
    2. Follow these steps
  4. ...and create the password [[Password]]
  5. Make sure you delete the ZOHO e-mails from the inbox, to not confuse the user
  6. then send the username / password to the 

    Country Manager
