This is for the manager / principal of a self-guided school.

This person should be able to print materials for the next week.

  1. Create a real user in the system with his e-mail etc.
  2. Add to the role "Coach" - verify that he/she can then see the manage button and visit that page, but not see anything yet. 
  3. In the App Admin
    1. Create a new location for this, give it a clear name following the conventions of Nguzo Saba (the first one we made).
    2. As a location code, use a number like "01" etc. - make sure the number is new for this country. This convention is still WIP...
    3. Add the user as the manager of the organization.
      This may require making the user a Manager as well to make him appear in the dropdown - but afterwards remove him again! (still WIP; ask DM)
  4. go to manage using the new login, verify things work
  5. forward the login to the person doing the training/introductions...
