1. Write down your task goals in your task
  2. Verify that they are good goals using these self-reflection questions. If you think it's not good yet, revise and re-check:
    1. the goals are clear and easy to understand for the person executing the task
    2. you understand why you're doing this
      understanding is a key point in being effective, because otherwise you may do something that fits the description, but is actually the wrong thing to do
  3. Verify that this goal can be done in the amout of resources / time set for this task. Otherwise modify the goal or re-sync the amount of resources you plan to use.
