      each part is just responsible for one kind of problem in work-design
4. Understand additional Paradigms
   1. Simpler, shorter recipes are better for overview
   2. Decoupled lifecycle: if a recipe takes long to run, it still has the latest reference material / templates as you work
5. Discuss reusability (private / shared)
