These buttons have a slighly different thing that they do:
- Save and run first saves what is on the screen and the runs the query.
- Run will just run it
So what's the difference?
- If you have changed the wiring in the query, then you should save and run, because the wiring that you can drag around isn't stored yet.
- If you have saved the query before and have only changed the configuration of a specific part, then Run is enough
