The goal of this meeting is to inform about commitment with our system and also introduce the Info Wall.

Before

1. call the daycare owners
   1. we want to have a meeting with them and all the teachers next week
   2. agree on a time

On the meeting

1. We tell about the importance of teaching our system weekly
   1. if I am a mother, I want the best for my children. You are teachers and parents yourself. You share this goal, right?
      Our organization wants to help children to have a better education/a better future.
      Teachers, we need your help to do that. Do you really share that goal of ours?
      
      Children need different Life skills, you are not teaching them in Tanzanian system. Show them the Education + Life Skills = Success Flyer. Tell them about the skills again.
      For the better education of the children, you have to teach 1-2 lessons a day.
      
      SSS is teaching everything in the Tanzanian Curriculum, even more. If you are doing this program, people will see, that you have the best program in your area.
   2. some daycares are not doing their work weekly:
      We are giving you lesson plans and material, there is no excuse for not doing it.
      So we want to ask, are you really committed in our system, do you see the importance or do you want to quit?
      Let them decide if they want to do better or quit.
      1. If they say, they want to quit:
         1. take all material and phones back
      2. If they say, they want to do better
2. find a good place for a info wall
   1. it should be accessible by all the teachers
   2. it should have space for 4-5 documents (they will follow later)
3. give  Document "Daycare teaches with Swiss School System" 
   1. stick it to the Info Wall
4. give flyer Education + Life Skills = Success 
   1. they need this, to explain that they are teaching with our system 
      1. ask, if they need more copies for the parents
   2. stick to info wall
5. explain document Quickly Access Content with QR Codes
   1. help them install the app and show how to scan QR codes
   2. Let them scan the QR Code on the "Daycare teaches with Swiss School System" Flyer
   3. Does it work? Do they see the correct week?
   4. stick flyer to info wall
6. Inform about Literacy/Full Time program
   1. this needs real commitment (we have to see, that they are progressing every week)
   2. both programs can start in January, if they want it
7. Different Classes Program
   1. After vacation, they have the opportunity to have different programs for different classes. Every class can proceed in their own program.
      This also takes a lot of commitment and you have to show us, that you are really on board.
