The Stream names are important. Default is the most common stream name and means that you're using the Default-In or Default-Out of a DataSource.
In many cases you'll want to rename streams. To do this, click on the label of a connected stream:
In this example, renaming the stream caused the App DataSource to now provide items of Persons.
