To start creating a new app we must prepare the app-development system so it's in-line with our current development model. 

1. Prepare the 2sic project-management to contain this app as an own project for time tracking
2. Prepare the Portal to develop the App in it
3. create a page "Main" or similar - eg. "Blog Main" to put the app on (don't put it on home, because we may need to add special comments there or run into problems, so it's good to have "Home" to still work. 
4. Create the new, empty app
5. Create the git-repo and connect the app to that
   The app will be somewhere in 
   \\srv-devweb-01\Projects\2sxc Apps Dev\Web\Portals
6. Register the app in the app-management list
7. Read the concept for next steps
