1. Buy the necessary materials in a stationary
   1. Ring-Binder Sleeves / Pockets (ca. 10'000 TZS for 100 pcs)
   2. Adhesive putty
   3. Adhesive tape
2. Fix them to the wall / doors etc. where you will need them - make sure the open end is on top and that you don't block the opening with anything

Now you can easily insert paper and replace it when you need to.
