2sxc (2Sexy Content) has one primary goal: Empower Content-Editors to create Great Content. Because of this, it differentiates between Content Designers and Content Editors. Here's the difference.

Create the User-Group for Designers

1. In DotNetNuke, create a user group called 2sxcAdministrators (before v14 2sxc Designers)
2. Add your own DNN user to the newly created group
3. Add all the admins with more rights to the group
4. don't add the admins who should be more restricted (so they don't break things and don't get confused)

Final checks

1. Verify that you still have advanced features in the rotating-toolbar and in the module-menu
2. Verify that the non-priviledged users don't have these
