1. Increase the version in the package > .nuspec file
   
2. Switch to Release mode
3. Build the Package project
4. Check if the timestamp of the .nuspec file is correct

Github

1. Create a new release and a new Tag (vxx.xx.xx)
2. Create the README
3. Add the .nuspec file
4. Copy the .nuspec file Link
   

Oqtane

1. Go to oqtane.net
2. Navigate to Products and select your product
3. Create a release
4. Add the necessary data
   
5. Check in your Oqtane instance whether you can upgrade it and if the changes are correct
