1. By default, fields are visible
2. They can be hidden if given by the configuration. No (null) configuration means visible.

Future Functionality (not necessary in 2sxc 10.0)

1. Fields can become visible/invisible based on rules (url params / other values)
2. Invisible groups hide all fields in the group
3. System users in debug mode may be able to edit this anyhow
