What the Shortlinks App does

The Shortlink App - once configured - does the following:

1. listens to special URLs
2. then evaluates the keyword after the domain, so on 2qr.ch/abc it looks up abc
   1. if it finds an active match for this code, it will redirect to that target url
   2. if it finds a retired match, it will
      1. check what group this is in, and redirect to the default url for archived links
      2. if it doesn't find a group, it will redirect to the url configured in the app settings
