Copy the Item

1. go to the admin section / data and open the list of items of that type
2. find the item you want to copy - for example using filters / search 
   
3. copy the item (this will open the edit-dialog)
   
4. Make sure the copy has a new name like "Accordion 4"
5. make sure the copy has a new url-id, like "accordion4-hybrid-for-dnn-and-oqtane
6. really make sure the copy is hidden! 
   
7. Remove (don't delete!) previous releases & downloads which are in the copy, as they shouldn't show up here
   
8. Update version number
9. Update Update-date (for 12.05, set all to 2021-10-11)
10. Update the min/max versions of 2sxc/Dnn/Oqtane on the main record

Once you save it, the copy is created.

Optional Steps

In certain situations you may want to do some follow up work, like:

• if this item has some file-libraries, then these are not automatically copied, and you may want to copy them manually as well
