This should help you setup a mail account on your android mobile phone.

Use the Google Mail App

Setup the First Time

If the phone does not have any mail accounts yet, follow these steps:

1. Choose Add Account and select Office 365
2. Enter User Name and then Password (careful, easy to get wrong)

Setup Additional Account

If the phone already has a mail account, first go to the settings to add another account:

1. Select Setting button
2. Scroll down and select settings
3. Choose Add Account
4. Now continue as before (see above, add-account etc.)
