Before you start, make sure you know the basic concept behind the screenshot names and numbering.

Remember to save all screenshots as .snag (editable) in I:\pdev\2sxc\Apps\[app-name]\screenshots\ and in the end export as jpeg in the same folder. We want the .snag so we can add arrows / pins etc. and can still move them around. 

1. Prepare the screen for good screenshots - usually resize the browser to ca. 50% of your developer screen (ca. 1200px wide)
2. Create screenshots of all views for the end-user. Save them with a reasonable names - use 01x and 02x for the prefixes. Examples:
   011 News in the main list view
   012 News in the archive view
   013 News in multiple columns for home
   021 News Details View with very little text
   022 News Details View with a lot of text and a gallery
3. Create screenshots of the main views as editor, save with prefix 1xx
4. Create screenshots of the main views as admin, save with prefix 2xx
5. If relevant, create screenshots of code, prefix with 3xx

Note: If you want to highlight some features, add numbered-pins or arrows
